Ace Air Manufacturing specializes in providing high quality tooling and machined parts to be used in accordance with the specifications and requirements of prime aerospace contractors, as well as the automotive and commercial industries.
Our company’s objective is to supply dimensionally compliant machined parts with subsequent inspection, testing, and processes that are manufactured to the customer blueprint. Our parts are fit for use and have the desired quality in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. Customers expect safe, reliable parts that are optimally priced and delivered on time. Our aim is total customer satisfaction.
To achieve the above objective, our company is dedicated to implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) based on SAE AS-9100D. [Note: The ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements are included in the SAE AS-9100D standard.]

THE FACILITY
Ace Air Manufacturing is located in the industrial sector of Gardena, California. We occupy a manufacturing facility with approximately 10,000 square feet under cover. To ensure our customers receive quality parts, Ace Air maintains a quality management system certified to SAE AS-9100D and ISO 9001 requirements.
